Who I am

My name is Daniil, and for the past six years I've been building and running my own hospitality venues. Alongside this, I consult other business owners β€” from targeted tasks to full launch support from scratch.

I understand more than just technology. I've walked the full entrepreneurial path: calculated unit economics, hired and let people go, negotiated leases, written operating procedures, dealt with inspections, and balanced the books. I aggregate data from any source β€” iiko, Poster, R_Keeper, 1C, Excel, Google Sheets, even a manager's notebook. The result is a unified dashboard where the owner sees what matters: revenue, margin, average check, repeat visits, shift performance. Custom metric sets for every business.

Telegram Loyalty Program

A bot built on my ready-made framework, customized for each venue's mechanics: point accumulation, referrals, push notifications, reservations, feedback. No apps, no plastic cards β€” everything inside Telegram, which every guest already has on their phone.

Proper configuration of existing systems

Often a venue doesn't need a new system β€” they already have iiko, Poster, or R_Keeper, but use only 30% of its capabilities. I know how to configure these systems so they work at 101%. Sometimes this delivers more impact than any new implementation.
